The Tomevell name, wordmark, imagery and texts on this site are the property of Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstrasse 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany, unless marked otherwise. You may not reproduce them beyond what applicable law permits without written consent.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, to the extent permitted for consumers.
